Desert Springs Hospital is assisting a two-person practice recruit a third member.

This is an established practice seeing 15 – 20 patients per day and averaging 10 patients in hospital. One of the physicians will be going on maternity leave soon. The practice maintains two office locations; call is 1:4 (shared with another group) and 1 evening per week with coverage at four area hospitals. Compensation includes an income guarantee, benefits and partnership track.
