Job Description

Internist is needed to join a five physician group in Middlesex County, replacing a physician who is going to part-time. The schedule is Monday through Friday daytime hours with a shared call schedule of 1:5 evenings and weekends. You will see between 20-30 patients a day and the inpatient census is averaging 4 at a 500 bed hospital in the community. This group is in the process of transitioning to outpatient only within the next four weeks. This is a salaried position offered through the group. The salary is negotiable and there are incentive bonuses offered. Malpractice and tail is covered and there are full benefits including: health-dental-vision-disability-401k-CME allowance-4 weeks vacation plus 23 additional days of PTO. Middlesex County offers access to both Newark and is under one hour from New York City. The area has a suburban feel and is an excellent family community.
