Southern New York hospital is looking for two BC/BE Internal Medicine opportunities. Both positions offer a traditional inpatient/outpatient service model, and call is 1:6 or 1:9. Recruiting has commenced due to succession planning. One practice is located in the hospital?s MOB and enjoys high volumes and an excellent, stable staff, while the other is a diverse panel of dedicated patients in a smaller setting in town. Physicians enjoy fantastic collegial relationships with their fellow providers and a community that is extremely loyal to the system of care. Two-year salary guarantee followed by RVU-based compensation structure that recognizes the amount of work performed rather than revenue collected. 32 days of PTO per year, CME stipend, Malpractice insurance and tail, relocation expenses, full benefit package and all licenses and fees.
