This is a general primary care opportunity covering only 1 clinic. Group based practice with built in referrals, and over 75% market share. No ER call is required, only practice call.

Hospital and clinics are implementing EMR, PACS has been in use for some time. Built in referrals and, shared call. Employed set-up, worry about the practice of medicine, not running a business.
