Job Description
Client is one of the largest private practices in the area in need of a Med/Ped to join their team in this very busy practice. The office sees, on average, 4000+ patients per month with 150-175 new patients! The new physician should expect to see 25 patients per day on average; more if you want to. The practice is located in a 10,000 square foot facility with full electronic medical record integration.
Salary $130,000 per year based on working 4 days with 1 weekend call a month and one night of call during the week (full time employment). Bonus incentive program offered: 40% on gross collections (excluding monies generated for lab, x-ray and injections) generated by physician in excess of $340,Register or log in for contact information per year.
Two weeks vacation after 6 months of full time employment during each 12 months of employment.
Health insurance for you/spouse/family beginning the 1st of the month after 90 days full time employment. Seven working days for CME, up to $2000, after six months of employment. Up to $5000 relocation expenses. Professional dues and memberships, such as medical license, DEA, etc. Up to $1000.
Flexibility regarding study time for boards (if applicable). $100,000 term life insurance policy after 6 months full time employment. $10,000 disability policy after 6 months full time employment. Malpractice insurance.
