Job Description

Practice Details: * Not-for-profit Hospital with a Clinic just west of Joliet is seeking a Med Ped due to continued growth in their market. * This is a traditional practice that serves a young, upscale patient population. Physicians take their own call Monday-Thursday (very light) and share a call schedule of 1-6 weekends. * Inpatient census averages 4-6 patients. All P/C physicians share "No Doc" call of 1-28 days. Hospital/Group Information: * The hospital is a not for profit, 82 bed, Level II, independent community hospital with 7 clinics. * The hospital offers all specialties, an all board certified Emergency Medicine Dept., a new Cath Lab and a new ICU wing. Compensation Information: * This is an employed opportunity with a salary of $150,000 + and incentives based upon cash collections with full benefits. * Earning Potential of 220K! * Benefits include health (BC/BS), life, malpractice insurance, matching 403B pension plan, 4 weeks of PTO, $3,000 for CME, $1,000 for general expenses, loan repayment and a negotiable relocation bonus. * The contract term is 3 years.
