Med Peds for PA award winning health system

Job Description

Group of three employed by Pennsylvania award winning heatlh system seeks med peds to join another med peds in practice. The other two members are pediatricians and all are employed by the arm of the health system. A rotating call schedule is in place with other physicians including FP's, PDS, IM's, and another med ped employed by the system. Call is basically l:5, in the fifth week call will be one day a week and the weekend. Two weeks of the call schedule will be inpatient coverage in conjunction with the family practice residency program. Recruited individual should have interest in some minimal teaching and covering Level II nursery. This particular group has recently moved into a beautiful new suite within the hospital. This is a family living area which has very affordable cost of living and excellent schools. Air service daily to and from Philadelphia, driving distance is around two and a half hours to Philadelphia and just slightly more to NYC. The area was recently ranked as the #1 Outdoor area in Pennsylvania. Qualified candidates will be offered a minimum of $175k starting base salary, RVU incentive based bonus and $25k signing bonus along with all benefits including malpractice and tail.
