• EMPLOYED
• $20,000 to use for relocation and/or bonus
• Salary is $165,000 – 3 days clinical, 2 Administrative, Avg. Clinical Workload less than 3 patients per hour. Admin time for Peer Review, Quality Assurance, Diabetes & Cardiovascular statewide efforts, Supervision 3 mid-levels, 10 clinic staff, and other admin. duties; 60% geriatric, no OB, 9 bed hospital, 36 LTC beds
• Malpractice insurance provided with Tail – 1M/5M

• 403B match of .50 per dollar up to 5% of salary
• Position qualifies for NHSC (up to $25,000 per year ) and other Federal Loan Repayment Programs – J-1 and H-1 visa applications accepted.
