Internal Medicine physician needed to join a highly reputable & successful traditional practice in the beautiful suburbs of Philadelphia, Pa. Join a group of 4 Internists and begin seeing patients right away as the patient base is already established. Expect to spend 75% of your time in office setting and 25% in hospital. You will be employed by a 500+ bed regional teaching facility serving Bucks, Montgomery, and Philadelphia County! There are no formal teaching responsibilities but residents will be assisting you with patient care while rounding in the hospital. The base salary is very competitive and it specifically depends on training, experience, and how well you interview. In addition to base salary, you will be working under a very rewarding productivity model. Also, your base salary will increase each year that you are employed. An awesome benefit package will be offered including paid malpractice insurance (including tail), 4 weeks of vacation, 1 week of CME (3,000 stipend), Paid health for physician and family, life, disability, pension plan, 403b, and much more! Also, for the convenience of employees paid child care is available directly across the street from the hospital! The call schedule will be 1:5 and the group is very flexible in that the physicians cover each other on call if a physician can't be available for any reason.
