Job Description

Internist needed to join a successful & well established 4 person traditional practice. The group admits patients to three excellent medical facilities and they consult at 2 other facilities as well. On average the physicians spend 3-4 hours in the hospital and 3-4 hours in the office for patient visits. Depending on the cases sometimes this runs longer or shorter. In the hospital a single physician can expect to see anywhere from 6-30 patients and about 16-25 in the office. The call schedule will be 1:5. This group needs to add a 5th internist to keep up with the excellent growth & success this group is experiencing. A very competitive financial & benefit package is available to the right physician. The starting salary depends on a physicians training, experience, and how well they interview. This is a 3 year partnership track which can be reduced depending on the level experience you bring. Additionally, each physician is given a bonus twice a year and the amount is based on work performance.
