We here at MDWebLive are poised to be the first consumer driven telemedicine healthcare delivery system in the country, which is meant to be a adjunct to the practice of medicine not a replacement. I would say that this concept comes at just the right time with the rise in gas prices, foreclosures, lay offs and health disparities, to name a few. We plan to make more affordable health care available to many more people than currently have it. Not to mention there are 47 milllion people who are uninsured or underinsured in this country who could greatly benefit from our services. We are also negotiating with many large corporations to provide these healthcare services. Join me in making telemedicine a reality for the consumer. At every session someone from our legal dept, tech dept, medical malpractice insurance rep and myself representing medicine will be there to answer your questions. This practice model offers supplemental income ($120-$180 per hour) and convenience in practicing. You can even combine this with other work obligations ie. locum tenens, hospitalist, ER etc. We have strategic partnerships with Quest Labs and Sure Scripts to further enhance the telemedicine experience for you and the consumer.
