Job Description

26395 - A level III NICU in Indiana seeks 7-10 nights of Neonatology locum tenens coverage for in-house night call from 4pm - 8am beginning ASAP. With this opportunity you will see an average census of 16 with approximately 2600 deliveries per year. This unit uses high frequency ventilation but not nictic oxide. Neonatologist would attend all C-sections and high-risk deliveries as well. Hospital performs some routine surgeries, but transfers more serious cases. The locums doctor would not participate in transfers. This is an excellent opportunity to moonlight with attractive compensation and a permanent position is possible for the right candidate.
