Job Description

Great opportunity to join an existing physician practice with one senior physician partner and one additional physician. The group supports 4 dialysis units, a large multiple city private practice and consults in multiple hospitals. The candidate will work primarily in the Talladega dialysis unit and the Talladega private practice office. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the acute dialysis program in the local hospital. The candidate may occasionally cover the other dialysis units, private practice offices and hospital consults.

The Talladega dialysis unit is thriving and growing rapidly. A physician that spends consistent time in the unit and integrating themselves into the local medical community will be highly successful. The opportunity to grow the dialysis unit and the private practice significantly is there. Call will be shared with physician group and other affiliated physicians.

A base salary will be provided for 12-18 months by the physician practice. A profit sharing or incentive program may be offered depending on the candidate. Opportunity for equity ownership may be made available at the conclusion of the salary guarantee.

Local population is 15,000 and the county population is 80,000. Birmingham is 55 miles and Atlanta is 105 miles. Strong economy, good public and private schools. University of Alabama for higher education. #15754GJ
