Job Description

Excellent opportunity for a Physician to live and have primary practice in Gallatin. Will have dialysis units in Gallatin & Portland. Joint Venture with a hospital/Hospital salary guarantee/private practice start-up/Medical Directorship of 2 dialysis units/Medical Directorship of 2 acute hospital programs/Equity ownership in dialysis units available. Hospital will set up private practice. Several hospitals in community, Sumner Regional Medical Center and Tennessee Christian Medical Center, (Physician will be Medical Director over acute programs in both hospitals and will consult in both hospitals). The opportunity to share call is available. A base salary will be provided for 12-18 months by the hospital based on qualifications. Private practice revenue/Medical Director fees for both outpatient dialysis units/Medical Director fees for both in-patient units/Quarterly distributions for equity ownership. Board certified in Internal Medicine/Board eligible in Nephrology is acceptable as long as a Board Exam is scheduled.
