Practice opportunity as Medical Director in Lawrenceburg, TN/Pulaski TN (15 miles apart). Physician will be required to live in Lawrenceburg, TN. Medical Directorship over 2 dialysis units. Medical Directorship over 2 acute hospital programs. Equity ownership in dialysis units available. Private practice with start-up support from hospital. A base salary guarantee will be provided by hospital for 12-18 months. Opportunity to share some call with physician group 30 miles away. Board certified in Internal Medicine/Board eligible in Nephrology is acceptable as long as a Board Exam is scheduled.
