Neurologist needed in Northwest Arkansas

2 Neurologists Board Certified or Board Eligible to join a group of three physicians. This very well-established practice is growing and needs another partner to help with the patient load. This practice is currently conducting five clinical trials. The case studies include two on restless legs, one on seizures, one on stroke and two on botox. They maintain case studies year round with two full-time RNs for research. In addition, they also have two full-time RNs for practicing purposes. The current call schedule is 1:3 going to 1:4 with an addition of a new doc. There is not a lot of weekday call and weekends tend to vary. They try to make call more of a consultative service. There is a one year income guarantee provided by the hospital and partnership available after one year and Board Certification completion. The income guarantee is based on the MGMA standard rate. The package would include relocation and signing bonus both of which are negotiable. There is a 401K and profit sharing package upon partnership..
