• $300,000 Income Guarantee
o $25,000 / month income + expenses guaranteed for 18 months
• $30,000 Signing Bonus
• $330,000 Total for 1st Year
• $400 per unassigned patient you see on call
• If you are not called in while you call, you still get $400 minimum
• Call not to exceed 1:4
• $30,000/yr Directorship Stipend based on actual hours
• Up to $15,000 for relocation
• $5,000 for practice start up consulting
• $3,000 for start up marketing
• Accommodating and collaborative relationship with Intensivists, Neurosurgeons, ED Physician and the Hospitalist Program
