Financial:
First year income guarantee, productivity incentive starting the second year based on billings not collections, partnership after the second year with no buy-in, fringe package inclusive of malpractice, health insurance, six weeks vacation, profit sharing and 401K after first year, 100% relocation/interview expenses.
