Job Description

Develop your neurology practice in new office space adjacent to the medical center. My client is inviting a BE/BC neurologist to practice in a rural community hospital with many opportunities. Provide and deliver quality health care to patients who have experienced a stroke, migraines, dementia, sleep and other disorders. Full range of support services for diagnostic purposes available, including EEGs, EMGs, and sleep lab with four suites. The client would ideally like in a candidate:

1. Candidate must be Board Certified in Neurology in any state.
2. Candidate needs to be a U.S. Citizen. No candidates from foreign countries will be considered.
3. EMG and EEG knowledge.
4. Sleep Study experience is high on the list however if the candidate doesnt have it, they will still be considered.
5. Good bedside manners.

Here are the compensation details.

1. Starting salary compensation between $250,000-270,000 on the base.
2. A $20,000 sign-on bonus with $10K upon signing the acceptance letter and the other $10K to be paid on the candidates first day on the job.
3. Ability to hire his/her own staff. The former Neurologist had a medical assistant and clerical secretary. The hospital is willing to allow this Neurologist to add additional staff at his/her own discretion.
4. The Hospital has a full relocation package with 1 year of free housing available. With regard to the Dentist I placed back in June, he and his wife had a house provided to them rent free for a year until they find purchase one on their own. This is additional money that the candidate can put back in their own pocket for 1 year.
