Requires excellent training programs and experience. Call arrangement 1:3 hospitalist program handles unassigned ER call. With increasing patient volumes and medical center Stroke Program First Stroke Accreditation in Tennessee including a new Neuro Critical Care unit that is independent from regular CCU a Fellowshiptrained Neurologist is needed.
