Job Description

TX ( 3467) Neurology physician need to join our award-winning, technologically advanced 150-bed acute care facility with a service area population of almost 250,000 people in the heart of central TX. We're looking for a well-trained, high energy Neurologist with great skills and the ability to relate well with patients and referring physicians. The Basics--
Hospital call of only 7-10 days per month; superb ED group means few ED calls
Inpatient consults almost exclusively Monday-Friday, rarely on weekends
Office space on hospital campus;
Spine and Neurosurgery Center staffed by two Neurosurgeons and two Physiatrists
Growing hospital volumes; The Med has a 75-year history of service to the region and a reputation for “firsts” in the region
Acute Care Rehab services, Sleep Lab, Level III Trauma center designation
Awarded TMF Health Quality Institute Award of Excellence in 2007; "Nurse Friendly" designation in 2007
