Job Description

Lucrative opportunity for Neurological Surgeons. Brooke Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, Texas. It is estimated each Neurosurgeon will see 1 – 5 inpatients per day, and 1 – 5 outpatients per clinic day. (Note: Clinic is currently scheduled 1.5 days per week; the remainder of the week is scheduled for surgeries.) Currently, each Neurosurgeon averages 1 – 3 surgeries per week. There are currently three (3) Active-Duty Neurosurgeons on-site. This number will drop to two (2) during the summer of 2008. Due to their Active Duty status, those two Neurosurgeons may deploy in the future. Compensation negotiable.
