CRNPs needed Muscle Shoals, Decatur, Red Bay and Rogersville, AL. Duties include: Provides direct care in all areas listed in position summaries and as/so directed by supervision/sponsoring MD, both acute and chronic. Elicits and records accurate health histories, performs physical examination and records finds. Selects and interprets pertinent lab tests as required in the management of patients. Prescribes authorized categories of drugs reflecting the needs of the medical practice in which the CRNP works, adhering to established clinical Register or log in for contact information and interfaces with other members of the health care team to provide family centered care. Coordinator/Provider of the well-child screenings at Clinic sites where direct care responsibilities are assigned. Coordinator of the Immunization Program for all sites. Coordinator for the Alabama State Breast Cancer and Cervical Screening Programs. Serve as Patient Educator by conducting workshops and seminars for all sites and patient population/service areas. Must have a Master of Science Degree or higher in Nursing, must obtain Registered Nursing License in the State of Alabama, Certification as Registered Nurse Practitioner.
