Job Description

Immediate openings for two healthcare providers for services in a busy Illinois retail walk-in clinic. Scope of service is 18 months to older acute care visits. Both Physician Assistants and Family Nurse Practitioners are being considered. Must be nationally certified with or eligible for Illinois license. Competitive compensation package with salary range $78-82K, a comprehensive benefit package, malpractice insurance, relocation expenses and continuing medical education allowance. Flexible scheduling of 12 hour shifts will include weekend and holiday rotations. Work 4 days one week, 3 days the next for total of 75 hours per pay period. Will consider outstanding new graduates. Retail health clinic is affiliated with ShopKo and located just 100 miles west of Chicago in Northwestern Illinois.
