Alabama OB/GYN. Excellent opportunity to join a wellestablished Ob/Gyn practice. A BC/BE Ob/Gyn is needed to replace an Ob/Gyn who is leaving before June 2008. Currently call is 1:2 with an arrangement with UAB to cover every 3rd weekend so weekend call is 1:3. Call is generally 2 days on and 2 days off with rotation for Friday call. Anticipated plans are to hire a 3rd physician in 2009 to meet future demands. Generous compensation of $260k plus benefits including health insurance retirement 401k after 1st year of employment CME $2 000 per year with 5 days paid vacation 3 weeks accrued per year relocation expenses $2 000/month resident stipend potential assistance with medical education debt repayment partnership may be offered after 2 years and the buyin would be proportioned net asset value less any debt. Hospital offers Level II nursery services 4 LDRs web nursery link and can deliver 37 weeks.
