THE POSITION
Our client seeks an OB/GYN to join a group of three physicians in a hospital employed position. This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving medical community located only 20 minutes south of the Indianapolis metropolitan area. OB/GYN and women’s services are considered one of the core product lines of the hospital.
THE FACILITIES
This hospital, located in central Indiana, is a not-for-profit facility and serves a dynamic, growing community. It is a modern 149-bed hospital that provides health care to the residents of Johnson County and the surrounding area. Today, the medical staff includes over 80 primary care and specialty physicians, and enjoys the support of a network of over 100 consulting specialists. Specialties include 24-hour emergency services, immediate care center, a free-standing outpatient cardiac and physical rehabilitation center, occupational health center, orthopedic care center, cancer care center, diabetes care center, bariatric care center, dialysis, home health care, and sleep center. The Breast Care Center specializes in mammography, diagnostic ultrasound, stereotactic breast biopsy, bone densitometry, and other services aimed specifically to meet the needs of women.
