Job Description

This is an opportunity to join a multi-specialty in northern Maine. This is an employed position with the group, which consists of three OBGYN’s, two midwives and a NP. The call will be 1:3-1:4 and the physician are doing 180-200 deliveries a year. There is more GYN than OB and they deliver at a level I nursery. This is an older community and is a rural area with a service area of 35k. The salary is based on MGMA standers and years of experience. Full benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement, malpractice, allowance for dues and CME, vacation/holidays/sick time and relocation. This location offers great schools, low crime, low cost of living and affordable housing. The new physician needs to be comfortable working in a group setting and a rural area.
