Job Description

We are assisting a hospital employed group practice in the recruitment of an additional OBGYN provider. Group currently consists of 6 physicians. Delivery volume for 2007 will be about 925 births, in addition to a busy surgical schedule. Call will shared on a 1 in 6 call rotation. Deliveries and surgeries are done at the local hospital with a level II nursery. Group has offices in the new women’s and children’s center. Hospital will offer a competitive starting salary, full benefits including insurances, 4 weeks vacation, 1 week of CME and 3,000, retirement plan and moving expenses. In addition, physician can convert to a production model based compensation plan as well.

Practice is located 2 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City. Population is 39,000 with a service draw of 200,000. Strong economy.
