We are assisting a Multispecialty Group Practice in the recruitment of an additional OBGYN. Below are some points of interest:

Physician owned and managed group consisting of 100 providers seeks an 8th OBGYN due to continued growth of the area and practice. This beautiful suburban area is located 40 minutes from Manhattan! Deliveries and surgeries are done at 1 local state of the art hospital with the level III nursery. Group is currently averaging 700 deliveries annually, and call will be shared equally among the 8 physicians. A built in referral pattern virtually guarantees a rapid growth curve for the new provider. OBGYN dept is located in a new 65,000 sq. ft. office complex office with Primary Care Physicians, lab, x-ray, urgent care, and other services. Group will offer an initial 18 month salary guarantee which reverts to a production model, followed by full partnership after 3 years with a nominal buy in.
