Looking for 1-2 OB/Gyns. Currently has three OB/Gyn serving a population of 119,000. Two are with in 1-3 years of retirement. Currently doing 600 deliveries/ yr and feels they can go to 900/yr. Recently completely remodeled the OB/Gyn floor and added two new "home style" delivery rooms.

Client is a 242 bed community hospital. The Hospital is affiliated with the Cleveland Clinic Health System A merger with the Cleveland Clinic should take place in the year 2006 and become part of their eastern region hospitals. Client is located 50 miles east of Cleveland, Ohio. Largest County in state geographically. County populations approx 110,000. This represents our service area. There is the opportunity to either be employed by the hospital in a 26-physician multi-specialty clinic, or set up a private practice. The hospital will guarantee the first year of any new physician. After the first year, the physician is paid based upon productivity. Client offers competitive salary and benefits.
