This is an opportunity to join a group outside of Dayton OH. There is one OB/GYN and four FP physicians there now so the call would be 1:5. They did about 400 deliveries last year in a level I nursery. The office is a four day work week. The salary can be flexible either an employed position or income guarantee, as well as a full benefit package including CME, M/P, health insurance, and more.
