Job Description

We are assisting a 53 member Multi-specialty Group in the recruitment of a 3rd OBGYN to start summer/ fall 2007. Below are some points of interest:

Group currently has 2 OBGYN’s, 1 Midwife, and 1 Nurse Practitioner in the OB dept.
Midwife works concurrently with the physicians. Call will 1 in 5 shared with 2 independent OB’s in town. Deliveries are done at the local 132 hospital facility.
Last year the total community delivery volume approached 600.

An initial income guarantee will be provided, reverting to a standard production model which allows each physician to operate in a way that is similar to their own private practice, with the addition of having the support, referral base, and billing tasks managed for them.
