We are assisting a 233 bed hospital in the recruitment of a 3rd OBGYN. Below are some points of interest:

Rural community of 15,000 is located in a county of 35,000. There are currently 2 solo OBGYN providers with a combined annual delivery rate of 350 births. Hospital will offer the option of an employed position with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, or an income guarantee with overhead expenses. Call will be 1 in 3. Attractive OB dept has 13 suites with 5 being LDRP rooms.
