We are assisting a practice currently consisting of 2 OBGYN providers, in the recruitment of a 3rd associate. Following are some points of interest:

Practice was started 13 years ago. She now has an associate who shares call and overhead. They seek a 3rd associate for the same arrangement. New provider can very quickly ramp up to 100 plus deliveries, coupled with a busy surgical schedule. Each physician is currently averaging 25 patients per day in the office. Deliveries are done at the local 100 hospital facility. Hospital will provide a comprehensive 1 year income guarantee, plus insurances, overhead, marketing, relocation, fees/dues, etc, to assist the new physician in the growth of the practice.
