OB/GYN Opportunity, Austin, TX Vicinity - A brand new, full-service community hospital located less than 20 minutes north of Austin, is looking for an Obstetrician/Gynecologist to meet the needs of this fast-growing and highly desirable area. Looking for top-tier candidates, ideally with Texas training and/or ties. BC or BE if just out of training. Joining another OBG in a new practice may be a possibility too. Cedar Parks state-of-the-art facility opened in December, 2007 and combines the best in form and function for patient-oriented health care services. Opening with 75 beds, it is expected to house 150 beds within two to three years (space already shelled in). The hospital features the latest in mother/baby care delivered in a comfortable, secure and attractive setting. Six large OR suites with the latest in surgical equipment will make for efficient surgical scheduling and operation.
