Large hospital system based in Memphis, TN, is currently recruiting for several primary care providers to be employed into their newly established medical foundation.
Physicians will have the option to practice outpatient medicine, utilizing the Hospitalist program which is already in place, or, practice with continuity of care, sharing call with others in the community. New offices will be established in Memphis, along with other high growth bedroom communities. The physician/hospital managed foundation will offer a competitive starting income guarantee and benefits package. However, the real financial upside will be realized with the proven production model that has been put into place, the favorable managed care contracts, and the revenue generated from ancillary services such as MRI, CT etc. This individual production formula will allow each physician to have solid control over their own overhead to maximize financial rewards, along with having the benefit of relying on this well established system for the day to day workings of hiring staff, billing, collections, etc.
Community is less than 3 hours from Nashville, a bedroom community of Memphis. Excellent school systems, attend the University of Tennessee-Memphis for higher education. Blue collar industry.
