Job Description
We are assisting a large Physician owned multispecialty group in the recruitment of two additional OBGYN providers. Well established modern group consisting 120 physicians seeks 2 additional OBGYN’s due to continued growth of the community and practice.
Currently the group has 1 OBGYN and 4 Midwives. New providers would share call with other physicians in the community, (a 1 in 4 ratio is anticipated), and supervise the Midwife practice. Deliveries and surgeries are done at the local 92 bed hospital facility, located across from the main site of the group. A 2 year income guarantee along with benefits and other overhead will be provided. After the initial period, physicians transition to a production based compensation model, and share holder status. Physicians in the group are accountable for only their own overhead. This fact, coupled with the strong reimbursements which the group achieves, makes this a very attractive compensation model.
This highly desirable community of 32,000 is located in Northern Virginia, offering easy access to DC, Baltimore, and the beautiful Virginia countryside.
