BC/BE Hematology/Oncologist needed for northwest Arkansas. This community of 90 000 in the beautiful NW Arkansas Ozarks is growing rapidly and the 85+ physician multispecialty group has an urgent need for another hematology/oncologist. The group there is currently a group of four and the reason they are looking to add a third new physician is that one of the physicians is going to need to retire due to health reason. This is a long established practice with the community needs determining that they have a patient base for six hem/oncs. It would be an employed opportunity with productivity bonus and all benefits. Minimum salary of $375 000. Arkansas is a tort reform state and enjoys low malpractice rates and caps on damages. They have just finished plans for a brand new cancer center have just opened a brand new ICU in February and they have an established hospitalist program in place. This facility can accommodate both J1 and H1b visa candidates.
