Job Description
Hem/Onc group within 84 doc multispecialty group; one hospital to cover. Three man group; one leaving to go to Texas to be closer to family. Therefore: 1:3 call, moving to 1:4 because they have an absolutely wonderful, 15 year experienced NP. Busting at the seams; they are developing a business plan for a new Cancer Center. Could recruit 2 HemOnc, as 2 Seniors are closer to retirement. Salary and Bonus Plan based on MGMA 2006 ($350-400K or more) with productivity to follow.
