Oncologist $100K signing bonus

Job Description

This Oncology practice continues to grow and we are looking for another Hematologist/Oncologist for an employed position. The ideal candidate will join a venture with two other very strong physicians with a very large service area. He or she will have immediate equal status to the existing physicians. Salary in the $400,000 range with incentives for the right candidate with an excellent signing package. I would prefer that you be judicious when you mention the salary to give me a little leverage as we are looking for a good match for the other two physicians. However, we plan on being very aggressive in our search.

We are a Solucient Top 100 Hospital for two consecutive years and we are in the process of building a state-of-the-art replacement hospital. This is a great community to raise a family and practice medicine.
