* Call 1:4.
* This group is a well established (1957), 65-physician owned and operated, multi-specialty group, located in the Northwest Indiana, a suburb of Chicago.

* We are the dominant supplier of health care in our area with 110,000 active patient files.
* We have 3 patient care facilities in Northwest Indiana.
* We also have an affiliated ambulatory surgery center attached to the Specialty Center where Ortho is located.
Compensation:
