The Austin Medical Center – Mayo Health System is seeking a BC/BE Orthopedic Surgeon to take over a well established orthopedic practice.
The Austin Medical Center is an integrated medical center with a staff of 70 physicians. Their hospital includes state of the art operating suites with dedicated orthopedic surgery time, MRI, CT, PACS and an Electronic Medical Record. The Austin Medical Center is affiliated with the Mayo Health System, and is undergoing a major expansion and remodeling project that includes new exam rooms, OR suites and expanded surgical services.
Candidate should be board certified or eligible (with a plan to become certified)
Skills and experience necessary to diagnose and treat a variety of musculoskeletal disorders and injuries including constructive and reconstructive surgery of the ankle, foot, elbow, knee, hip and shoulder. Call 1:2 Monday - Thursday and 1:4 on weekends.
Hospital is a 99 Beds state of the art facility with 2 Outpatient Operating Suites , 5 Operating Suites and 13,000 ER visits annually. Generous salary and benefits package is offered to the qualified candidate.
