Job Description
Practice Details:
* Established group of three Orthopedic Surgeons is seeking either a BE/BC General, Hand, or Foot and Ankle Orthopedic Surgeon.
* Call 1:6. Payor Mix: Medicare 27%, Medicaid 10%, Commercial 39%, Work Comp 9%, Liability 12%, Private Pay 3%. Average mature group member rate is $136,000 (July 2005).
Compensation:
* Hospital has developed its own captive insurance plan of their own to address malpractice premiums with average mature group member rate of $101,000.
* One to Two year Base Salary guarantee until revenue exceeds expenses.
* Base salary range $300,000 to $375,000.
* Sign-on bonus of $25,000
* Average income potential ranges from $450,000 to $600,000 not including benefits.
