Practice Details:
* Established group of three Orthopedic Surgeons is seeking either a BE/BC General, Hand, or Foot and Ankle Orthopedic Surgeon.
* Call Register or log in for contact information Hand and 1-2 for General Ortho. Payor Mix: Medicare 27%, Medicaid 10%, Commercial 39%, Work Comp 9%, Liability 12%, Private Pay 3%. Average mature group member rate is $136,000 (July 2005).

* Hospital has 300 + beds.
* The Hospital is a full-service medical center serving the healthcare needs of area residents since 1958.
* It has modern facilities and over 2,100 dedicated employees to provide complete inpatient services.
* The hospital offers comprehensive rehabilitative services including: physical and hand therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and recreational therapy.
Compensation:
* Hospital has developed its own captive insurance plan of their own to address malpractice premiums with average mature group member rate of $101,000.
* One to Two year Base Salary guarantee until revenue exceeds expenses.
* Base salary range $300,000 to $375,000.
* Average income potential ranges from $450,000 to $600,000 not including benefits.
*1 year track to partnership. Buy in based on practice assets and accounts receivable.
