Practice Details: * Well established General Orthopedic Surgeon (there since 2000) is seeking an additional Surgeon due to explosive growth in the area. * Physician can do up to 50% sub-specialty work. * Within 6 months the new physician will do 5-6 surgeries per week and see 60-80 patients. * Knee, spine and hand work is being sent out. Partnership opportunity available and ability to buy into an Open MRI. Hospital and Group Information: * Practice in a beautiful 80,000 sq ft. office. Nurse practitioner on staff. * 70% of business comes from physician referrals, 15% from the E.R and 15% other. * New EMR in place with open MRI conveniently located in the office. Compensation: * 1st year $400K DOE Salary ---- $550K 2nd year with realistic Potential of $600K * $30K SIGN-ON BONUS, $10K relocation, paid malpractice, 15 days vacation, 1 week of CME with expenses and health insurance. * 3 year payback/forgiveness clause Community Information: * Located 18 miles from the Mississippi River, 1 1/'2 hours from Memphis and 3 hours to St. Louis or Little Rock. * Public schools are very good with many activities for children. * Well known 18 hole golf course. * Excellent fishing and hunting.
