Orthopedic Surgeon Independent solo practice with Income Guarantee Agreement or Employment Opportunity Group practice affiliation is available and highly desirable with large multispecialty group within the region Board Certified or Board Admissible (proof of progress to Board Certification) required Initial marketing package of up to $8,000 Relocation of up to $10,000 paid to the physician on production of receipts Commencement bonus Existing practice base available – other groups in proximity to the area are saturated – recent departure of only solo practice orthopedist in October 2004 Well equipped, modern surgery facilities and modern medical office space Education debt repayment assistance available
