Job Description

Independent, successful Otolaryngologist is positioning himself to retire in 2 to 5 years. Seeking an ambitious General ENT to share office and expenses who will potentially take over the practice at his retirement. Excellent Solo, Private Practice opportunity in Nashville.
Establish and practice how you wish with your sub-specialty interests (with the exception of Cosmetic focus). There is excellent financial potential with a General ENT practice!
Length of time in existence: 12 years
Average patient office visits daily: 15-20
Active patient charts: 4,500
Partnership opportunity if desired; buy-in negotiable
Practice call 1:4 with new physician; easy call
Patient payor mix (65% HMO/PPO; 30% Medicaid; 5% Medicare)
Board Certified or Board Eligible (on track for specialty Boards). Requires excellent training programs, good track record and excellent clinical skills
Excellent communication required
