Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon to join the community in Texas. There is the option to either join a busy Orthopedist or go solo. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and have ties to the area. They are finalizing a huge expansion of the Pediatric facility. All Pediatric services have been expanded as well, to create a Pediatric Center of Excellence. Compensation will depend on the model you choose. It could be a competitive salary with a formula for productivity that allows for bonuses in year one. Partnership would become an option at the end of year two. The other option would involve a net collections guarantee that will promise you the funds needed to run your practice and pay your personal income. Will provide a competitive financial package, which will include an income guarantee, assistance with overhead expenses as well as interview and relocation expenses.
