Location: Easy weekend visit to Phoenix, Flagstaff and Las Vegas NV. Facility/Opportunity: Mental Health Clinic, is a well established and economically sound community based behavioral health program which is one of the largest providers of mental health services in Northern Arizona. The agency maintains a full continuum of behavioral health care services. The position will be seeing primarily an Adult patient population with some child/adolescent involvement. The ratio is flexible based upon the training and interests of the candidate. Clinical responsibilities will be primarily evaluation of new patients and medication management. Any experience or interest in substance abuse issues would be a plus. Nurse Practioners do much of the intake paper work which allows the psychiatrists to devote more time to direct patient care. Compensation: The position will be employed and offers a significant base salary and a comprehensive benefits package. Salary can go up close to $200,000 depending on experience and boards. HPSA and NHC sites. All areas are underserved and will offer J-1 visa waivers, H1 sponsorship or Medical School Loans forgiveness.
