2 Psychiatrists Needed in Central Georgia, FT Adult Inpatient & PT C&A

This facility is located in central GA and they need a full time provider to cover the Crisis unit, call is optional. The unit is usually full.  They split the unit in half, half is mental health and the other half is addictions.  The locum provider would cover the mental health side.  Half of the locum’s day would be spent on the crisis unit and the other half day working at the clinic.  The half day with the clinic would be adult outpatient work.  Applicant needs to be comfortable with the clinical and administrative duties of treatment on a crisis or inpatient unit, comfortable with a team approach to treatment, and willing to maintain census. The average length of stay is 7-10 days. They also have a half time child and adolescent vacancy.  The C&A need would be outpatient work, no call.
